  • Step 1

    Start by browsing items in our Glassware & Barware Rentals Collection and when you find your favorites, add them to your wishlist by clicking the “Add to Wishlist” button under each item on its product page.

  • Step 2

    Once you’ve selected your item and clicked the “Add to Wishlist” button, you'll be prompted to "Create an Account" using your name, email, and a password.

  • Step 3

    At this point, our form will ask a few quick questions such as your event date and venue.

    When we receive your wishlist, we will reach out within 48-72 hours for next steps.

Rental Information

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available for all rentals. Delivery charges vary on the items rented and the distance to the event. Clients are responsible for picking up and returning their rented items or designating someone to do so. Rentals are to be picked up the day before your event and should be returned the next day following your event unless otherwise arranged.

Example: Pickup rentals on Friday, use in wedding on Saturday, and return on Sunday.

Setup & Return

Social Graces Vintage loves selecting the perfect pieces to make your event beautiful. While clients normally pick up and return rental items, Social Graces Vintage can also set up and pick up rentals. Since every event is unique, set-up and breakdown charges are determined once the event rental package is finalized.

Minimum Order Requirement

We have a minimum order requirement of $300.00 for all rental orders, not including setup or delivery fees. A $250.00 security deposit is also required and will be refunded once rentals are received in the same condition.

Rental Policy

The standard rental period is 72 hours or 3 days. We’re always happy to discuss longer rental periods for events requiring more time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your rental with the balance due three weeks before your event. If any items are damaged during the rental period, the replacement cost for each piece will be charged and payment made at rental return. A $250.00 security/cleaning deposit is also required with your final payment and will be refunded once rentals are received back in the same condition as delivered/received.

Cleaning Fee

Our items are delivered clean and ready to use and should be returned in the same condition. Cleaning arrangements can be made for 50% of an item’s rental price. If items are returned dirty and no prior cleaning arrangements have been made, a 50% cleaning fee for each dirty piece will be deducted from your security deposit. You will be billed separately for the difference if the amount exceeds your $250 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled pick up/delivery will result in a charge of 100% of the total order value.


Rental Deposit – Nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental order. Once this deposit has been paid and the contract signed, the pieces will be secured for your date.

Disclaimer – We reserve the right to change our products’ prices at any time without further notice. If you have requested a rental proposal and an item price has changed, we will honor the quoted price for up to 30 days from the date of the rental proposal.


We recommend reserving rentals once you decide on the items as we are only able to place holds on final decisions. We can make adjustments as inventory allows up to 14 days before your event. Our best recommendation is to secure what you know you want and need and add items as you get further into the final details. This saves your spot on our fast-filling delivery schedule and also makes sure your must-haves are reserved!
