My process looks like this:

• Fill me in on what you're hoping for through a call, contact form, or a scheduled appointment.
• I will create a proposal for you, including complete pricing and any specific designs I recommend.
• I will work with you to make any necessary changes. And, your proposal will update so you can see these changes as I make them!
• Once you feel great about your pieces, my online process makes it quick and easy to process your retainer and contract to officially get booked!

As you continue to prepare for your event, I'm available to answer any questions or make any adjustments. If delivery is selected, I will confirm your delivery times three weeks before your event and plan with your designated representative—you, your planner, your event manager, or your venue!

Then, it's time for pickup or delivery! 

• Delivery and pickup services are available for rentals.
• If pickup is selected, clients are responsible for picking up and returning their rented items or designating someone to do so.
• If delivery is selected, I will handle complete white glove delivery and pickup to ensure your rentals go as planned. I want you to get the utmost experience of unparalleled professionalism and consideration.

Then, enjoy your event!

Depending on where you are in the process, I start there to help you land on what rental items will be best for you.

Some clients know exactly what they want. In this case, you can send me a list, and I’ll create a proposal that makes the booking process clear and easy and allows you to get your items reserved as soon as possible. Once your items are booked, if delivery is scheduled, I will ensure your pieces are placed just as you planned on the event day and picked up. If pickup is scheduled, I will coordinate these dates and times.

Some clients have an idea of what they like but want help to pull it together—I work with you (and your planner, if you have one!) to help make recommendations and build a rental plan to fit your event. This can take place via email, phone, or by virtual or in-person appointment.

And finally, some clients just need a place to start! They want to know what is possible and ask for ideas! This is so much fun and allows me to share both what I have done/seen at local venues as well as offer some new ideas for things that may haven’t been done!

Our items are priced individually, so your order total is based on the items you book with us. To provide the quality of service we feel our clients deserve, we do have a minimum order, which varies by season starting at $150 in rentals, not including fees like delivery, etc. Reach out to us about your date! I do all sorts of events, including weddings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, showers, and so much more! I am always open to new events!

My rentals are booked by the day. You can rent them for one or multiple days. I have clients who rent anywhere from one day to one month. The prices do scale so the daily fee drops the longer you have the pieces.

While I do not have a requirement on how early you must book prior to your event, I do book out months at a time, so I recommend booking your items, especially those you really want, as soon as possible.

As you know, my pieces are mostly one-of-a-kind, so there are not many multiples on some things. Therefore, I recommend booking your "must have" items as soon as possible. You can always add other items to your order as you continue to plan!

I require a non-refundable 50% retainer along with a signed contract. This reserves your items and officially gets you on the books!

If your rented piece ends up down for the count (i.e., lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), I will charge five times the rental rate in order to replace the item.

I have an online payment system which allows you to make payments with all major credit and debit cards.
